CONDITIO~JAI. ~..~SE PERM~T NOS. 105, 837 AND 2118; AND VARIANCE NOS. 1'11,
329, 437, 547, 773, 987, 1082, 1388, 1537, 1738, 1829, 1923, 2513, 3010 AND 3484
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 105 (SW C~rner of Lincoln and Rose Streets) to
establish a servlco station was a~proved by the City Council on Aprll 11, 1961; and
WHEREAS, Conditlonal Use Permft No. 837 (S/W ccrner of Uncaln Avenue and Er~4t Street)
to permit an existing serv:ce statlon ~s a conforming use in the CL Zono was approved by the City Councll
on June 21, 19G6; and
~'VHERGAS, Concfitio~al Use Perm!t No. 2118 (107_0 East Lincoln Avenua) to retain a radiator
shop in the CL Z.ane with waiver af minfmum landsctiped setbar,k and required git~ s~resning was approved
by the Planning Commisslan on tJctober 6, 1980; and

NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED lhat thcs Anahalrr ~iry Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all ~roceedfnps in conn6ction wfth Conditicnal Use Permit Nos. t05, 837 and 2t 18; and
