commerciai retall conter with waiver c~f minimum number of parking spaces an property located at the
southwost corner of Lincoln Avenue ancl Beach Boulevard and furthor describod as 3010 Wc+at Lincoln
Avenue; and
WHEREAa, Charles A, Bonnet, agent tor the property owner, has submitted ~t letter
roquosting termination of Conditional Uso Perrriit No. 3307 to comply with tho conditions of approval of
Cunditlonal Use Pormit No. 3650.
NOW, THEREFORE, EiE 17 RESOLVED that the Anahelm City Planning Commission daes
hereby terminate all proceodings in connectfon with Conditlonal Use Perrrift No. 3307 on the basis of the
forec~oing flndfngs.
