shall be granted for e perlod of ona (1) year, to expire on July 11, 1995, subJ~ct to the
following additfonal conditions o( approval:
(a) That monthly Code E~forcement inspections shall bd required, with the cost of
inspections to be Incurred by the property owners.
(b) That the existing landscaping shalt be rehabilitatod and ma(ntalnod.
(c) That all empioyee parking shall he located in tl~e rear yards ot the ~ubject properties
or wf!hin the buildfngs.
(d) 7het the 3toraga uf vehicles and business related matarials, and all work on vehlcles
(includ(ng the w~shing of said veh(cles) shall be coniin~i to the interlor of the
