(Soptemb~r 12, 1995) (and said discr~tionary anproval has not oxpired), and (II) for which a building
permit is (ssued pursuant to and in accordance wEih such discrotlnnary approval ~nd for which
canstructlon is thereafter commencod and campleted with(n ane yoar following the date of Issuance
of said permit, and (iii) in a~ses wh~n such parmits are not receivnd, the discrotlanary approval has
been exercised or commenced withln one year follawing the date of the resolution granting thQ
