wall signa and permitted freestanding c~lreatianal signage to construct two manument sigig ~ocat~d ~t ha
signs; that no further action wa~ taken by the ~it~ Council; and th~4 subJect ~aroperty
southwest c~mer of Old Canal Raad and Pullni~n 5treet and ~furthor described as 1C195 Pullman Streat; and
WHEF~F..A-S, Candftion No. 1 af P~esolution N~. PC94-6z, adopted in connec:tion w6th subJect
variance, specif(ed that:
(a) Tho monumeM signs comply with desl;gn guid~lines for the Savi Ranch comprAhensfve
signing and ~n-ayflnding program boing devolaped by the ~;itles af Anaheim and Yorba Un~a;
and
(b) The wall gi~ns be cnnsist~nt with tha approvcad rovise~ elevation plan with the additfon of the
"Garden Shop` mnd "l~uto rervic3" signs on the east efavstlan antl with the latter hefght of
said signs befng tha same as th~ "Fresh Fu~d" and "Pharmacy" signs showr~ on said

WHEREAS, the petitionor has submitted revised slgn plans to:
