WHEREAS, on December 27, 1972, Variance No. 2430 was granted under Resalution No.
pC72~30 by the Anaheim Pianning Commission to waNe the rr-inimum number of requirrd parking stalis
to establish a storage warehouse at 1133 North Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Qn October 8, 1990, Conditional Use Permit No. 3341 wss granted under
Resolution No. PC90 of m,~imum number of park9 g spaces Iat 1133eNorth Tust'n A einue; an'dand service
facility with a waiver
WHEREAS, Roland Frank Gonzales, owner of the subject property, has submitted a le tter
dated September 16, 1996, requ2sting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3341 and Variance No.
2430.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahe~m City Plannin~ Commission does
terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 2430 ar.d Conditionai Use Permit No. 3314 on
the basis of the toregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the PI ning Commission meeting of
