A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM C17Y PLANNING COAAMISSION TEpM~NATIf~u ALL PROCEEDINGS IW CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NOS. 3894 AND 4013 WHEREAS, on February 7. 1989, Variance No. 3894 was granted under Resdutlon No. 89R-93 by the Anaheim Ciry Councp to permR waNers of (t) minimum sRe area per dwellinp un~, (2) maximum structural hefgM, (3) maximum sfte coverage and (4) minimum distance between buUdtrsgs to construct a 3- story, 176-untt'atfiordable` apartmeM complex; and WHEREAS, on February 13, 1990 Varlanc9 No. 4013 was granted under R~olutlon No. 90R~9 by the Anaheim Ctry Council to permlt wuivers of (t) minimum slte area per dwellin~ un~, (2) maximum structural height and (3) minimum distance between buildings to construct a 2 a~d 4story, 2?~8 unft 'affordable' apartment complex. WHEREAS, Sherri Martln, Vice-President Multl-FamAy Division, Lyon Communl~es, has submitted a letter requesting terminaUon of subjad Variancos, In complfance wfth CondfUon No. 32 of Variance No. 4115. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.that the Anahelm City Planning Commisslon does hereby terminate all proceedings In connection with Varfance Nos. 3894 and 4013 on the basis of the foregoing 8ndings.
