Conditional Use Permit [or certain real propcrry situated in thc City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of

in its bchalf, and after due consideration of all eviclence and reports offcrcd at said hearing, does t'ind and
determine thc following facts:
1, That the proposcd usc is properly onc [or which a conditional use pcrmit is authori~ed by
Anahcim Municipal Codc Section 18.34.OSO.Q20 Ao rctain a board and carc (buarding housc) ~aciliry for up to
15 resiJents;
2, That thc proposcd usc wi11 not adversely affcct thc adjoining Idnd uses and the growth and
development oC thc arca in which it is proposed to bc localed;
3, That thc size and shapc of thc sitc for t}~e proposcd usc is adcquate to allow full devclopment
of the use in a msu-ner not detrimcntal to thc particular arca nor to the pcace, ncalth, safcty and gencral
wclfare bccausc subjcct property is fully dcvclopcd and no ncw construction is proposed;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED lhat thc Anaheim Cily Planning Commission does hereby
Gnd and determine that adoption of this Resolution is cxpressly predicatcd upon applicant's compliance with
each and all uf the conditions hereinabove set forth. Should any such condition, or any part thereof, be
declared invaiid or unenforccable by the final judgment of any courl of competent jurisdiction, then this
Resofution, aiid any approvals herein contained, shall be dccmed null and void.
