A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY
RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO 510 SOUTH HARBOR
BOULEVARD (Abandonment No.2005-00106}
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, by Resolution No. 2005-
47, duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate certain public streets, highways or public service
easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said vacation was posted and
published in the manner prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of June, 2005, a public hearing was held to allow
interested persons to submit evidence concerning said proposed vacation.
WHEREAS, the abandonment approved herein does not convey right, title and
interest to the abandoned property, which is conveyed by separate quitclaim deed pursuant
hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of a portion of that certain public alley right-of--way
adjacent to 510 South Harbor Boulevard.
See Exhibit "A", attached hereto, for the legal description of the foregoing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this Resolution
shall not be effective until a certified copy of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the

Recorder of Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby,
authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council

Legal Description
That certain easement for alley and public utility purposes under and across a portion of Vineyard
Lot G-5, as per map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, to be abandoned, described
as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Vineyard Lot G-5; thence S 1 S 28' 30" E, 162.00
feet; thence N 74 24' 45" E, 20.25 feet to the true point of bearing; thence N 74 24' 45" E, 99.11
feet; thence S l 5 28' 30" E, 35.00 feet; thence N 60 28' 30" W,14.14 feet; thence S 74 24'45"W,
~- 89.1 l feet; thence N 15 28' 30" W, 25.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Total Abandonment Area = 2,527.75 SF
