RESOLUTION NO. PC97-166
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNlNG COMMISSION
APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
CONDITIONAL USE PERMI7 NO. 3839
WHEREAS, on June 10, 1996 Pianning Commission adopted Resolution No 96-56 to approve
Conditional Use Permit No. 3839 for expansion of an existing church facility to inctude a 2-story
administration, classroom and fellowship hall/gymnasium building with waivers of maximum structural
height and minimum number of parking spaces; and that said resol~lion includes the following conditior, of
approval:
~g, That prior to issuance of a building permit or within a period of one year from the
date oi this resolution (by June 10, 1997), whichever occurs first, Condition Nos. 1, 3, 4, and
5, above-mentioned, shall be complied wilh. Extension for further time lo complete said
conditions may be granted in accordance with Sectian 18.03.090 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code."
WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 have not yet been satisfied; and
WHEREAS, Ray Ma~tinez, Ray Martinez & Associates Architects, iias requested a tw~ year
e~tension ot time to comply with the condilions of approval.
WHEREAS, ihe City Planning Commission did hold a meeling at the Civic Center in the City
of Anaheim on November 24, 199', at 1 30 p.m., to investipale and make !indings and recommendations in
connection lherewilh; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, atter due inspection, investigation and study made by ilselt
and in Its behal(, and afler due consideration of ali evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find

CAUFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: The Anahelm City Planning
C~rnmission has revirwed the pro~osal and does hereby find that the Negative Declaration previously
approved in conneclion wilh Conditicn<il Use Permil No. 3839 is adequate to serve as the required
environmental documentation in connecUon with lhis requesl
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED thal the Anaheim City Planning Commission daes
hereby approve a one year extension of time tor, retroactive to June 10, 1997, Conditional Use Perrnit No.
3839, to expire on June 10, 1998; and
