A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 3108
WHEREAS, on January 26, 1989, the Zoning Admiristrator adopted Decision No. ZA89-
05 granting Conditionai IJse Permit No. 3108 to permit the sale of beer and wine for on-premises
consumption in an existing restaurant at 430 South Anaheim Hilis Road (Suite H, i and J of the Anaheim
Hilis Plaza); and
WHEREAS, (2obert M. Courtney, representing the property owner, requests termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 3108 to comply with the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No.
3997 (Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. PC98-19}, which permits a 2,100 sq. ft. full service veterinary
clinic within an existing commercial center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the A aheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terrninate all proceedings in connection with onditional l~se Permit No. 3108 on the basis of
the foregoing findings. ~^ ~ ~
