A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTlON WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PFRMIT NOS. 2316, 2396, 2432 AND 2519
WHEREAS, on April 5, 1982, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC82-60
to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2316 and permit retail sales in the ML "Industrial, Limited" Zone at
1500 North State College Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, on November 29, 1982, the Pfanning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC82-216 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2396 and permit a veterinary hospital at 1540 North State
College Boulevard; and
WHER[AS, on April 18, 1982, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. PC83-
82 to grant Conditionai Use Permit No. 2432 and permit retail food sales in the ML Zone with waiver of
minimum required number of parking spaces 1506 North State Coilege Boulevard; and _
WHEREAS, on December 12, 1983, the Planning Commission adopted Resolutfon No.
PC83-237 to grant Conditionai Use Permit No. 2519 and permit retail furniture sales in the ML Zone at
1542 North State College Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the property is developed with a commercial retail center in the CL
"Commercial, Limited" Zone; and
WHEREAS, on November 16, 1992, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC92-133 to grant Reclassification No. 9?-93-02 to reclassify this property from the ML to the CL Zone;
an~ 4hat Condition No. 1 of said resolution spec:fies ihe foliowing:
1. That the owner of subJect property shall submit a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use
Permit Nos. 2316 (permitting retail sales in the ML "Industrial, Limited" Zone), 2396 (permitting a
veterinary hospital), 2432 (permitting retail food sales In the ML Zone with a parking waiver) and 2519
(permitting retail furniture sales in the ML Zone) to the Zoning D;vision."
WHERE/~S, Maris and Edward Vanags, and R.S. Hoyt, Jr., Bryan Industrial Properties,
Inc., have submitted letters requesting termtnation of these conditionai use permits to comply with the
above-mentioned Condition No. 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commiss(ort
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditionai Use Permit Nos. 2316, 2396, 2432,
and 2519 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
