A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEiM CITY PLANNING COMMIBSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS iN CONNECTION ~NITH
CQNDITIONAL USE PERNIT 39~
WHEREAS, on April 1, 1963 Conditional li~e °ermit PJo. 399 was granted under
Resolution ~o. 707_, Series 1962-63, by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit on-saie beer in
conjunction with an existing restaurant at 905 South Brookhurst Street; and
WHEREAS, Amold D. Feuerstein, General Partner for Brookhurst Shopping Center, property
owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of C~nditional Use Permit No. 399 to comply with
Conditien No. 4 of Conditionai Use Permit No. 3980.
NOW, TFlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEU that the•Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connec?ion yvith Condition~~a,~~se Permit No. 399 en the basis of
the foregoing findings. ~ ~~
