A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIbt CITY PLANNING GOMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN COI~NECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 982
WHEREAS, on December 18, 1967, Conditional Use Permit No. 982 was granted un~er
Resolution No. PC-67-277 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit on-sale liquor in
conjunction with expansion of an existing restaurant at 2293 West Ball Road; and
WHEREAS, Arnold D. Feuerstein, Generai Partner of Brookhurst Shoppinfl Center,
property owner has submitted a letter requesting termination of this use p~rmit to comply with Condition
No. 4 of Conditionai Use Permit No. 3980.
DIOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby term(nate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 982 on the basis of
the foragoing findings.
