A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTiON WITH
VARIANCE NO. 4138
WHEREAS, on December 13, 1991, Variance No. 3138 was approved, in part, under
Decision No. 7A91-56 by the Zoning Administrato~• forwaiver of maximum structural height to construct a
three-story single family residence at 530 South Old Ranch Road; and
WHEREAS, the property is currently vacant and zoned RS-H&-22,000(SC) "Residential,
Single-Family, Hillside - Scenic Corridor zone Overlay"; and
WHEREAS, Sandy Jo, the property owner, has requested termination of Variance No.
4138.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 4138 on the basis of the
forec~oing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
May 27, 1998.
