A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLP;NNING CG~MMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE.PERMI't PJO. ~1367
WHEREAS, on February 6, 1973 the Ciry Council adopted Resolution No. 73R-44 to
grant Conditional Use Permit No. 1367 and permit the establishment of an outdoor recreational vehicle
storage area at 507 South Lemon Street with waiver of the required enclosure of an outdoor recreational
vehicle storage area; and
WHEREAS, on August 10, 1999, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 99R-173 to
reinstate Conditional Use Pern:it No. 2992 to retain a tree service contractor's yard at 507 South Lemon
Street; and that Condition No. 3 of said resolution specifies that the petitioner request termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 1267; and
WHEREAS, Leonard Chaidez, owner of Leonard Chaidez Tree Service, has requested
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1367 to comply with the above-mentioned Condition No.3: and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1367 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLU710N was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
November 22, 1999.
