A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 4095
WHEREAS, on November 5, 1990 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
PC90-260 to grant Variance No. 4095 for waiver of maximum structural height to constnrct a 53-foot high,
9,144 sq.ft. single-family residence on property located at 5050 Copa De Oro Drive; and
WHEREAS, thls property is currently undeveloped and is zoned RS-HS-22,000(SC)
(Residential, Single-Family, Hiliside - Scenic Corridor Overlay); and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property, Moss Carter, Treasurer, South Pacific Homes, has
submitted a letter requ~sting termination of Variance No. 4095 in order to construct a new single-family
residence under Variance No. 3747 (allowing a maximum height of 35 feet) instead of subject variance
which would have allowed a 53-foot high single-family resider.ce.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the nahefm City Planning Commission
does hereby termfnate all proceedings in connection with Varianc . 4095 on the basis of the foregoing
findings. ~
