I would like my agenda to be considered for public speaking at the city council meeting on 4/12/22 @ 5pm
1. Crime prevention in residential neighborhoods. Reporting suspicious vehicles and persons and how police
respond to these calls. Neighborhood watch programs.
2. Rental scams - landlords and prop management companies taking advantage of renters by accepting 100s of
applications/fees without any intention of renting to the majority of the applicants. This business is unregulated,
without caps or limits to how many applications are allowed to be taken on a property and for how long. The
current housing ordinances are outdated and need revising.
3 Local and municipal laws regarding drugs, crime, loitering, soliciting, and littering- specifically allowing
homeless/or any person, to lay, loiter, use drugs, sleep, solicit, and litter on any non private residential street
without consequences.
4. Theft- catalytic converter theft.
