5982ORDINANCE NO. 5982 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING (RECLASSIFICATION NO. 2004-00137). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held on January 24, 20059 pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 18.60 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Anaheim Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution No. PC2005-14 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made to reclassify the subject property, Parcel 1, Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and Parcel 4, as described below, into the RS -3 (Residential, Single Family) Zone; and WHEREAS, the owner of the property located at 502 South Harbor Boulevard has requested that the City finalize reclassification of the subject property from the O -L (Low Intensity Office) and RS -2 (Residential, Single -Family) Zones to the RS -3 (Residential, Single -Family) Zone of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying the subject properties situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1: LOT 22 IN BLOCK D OF TRACT NO. 3659 IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 15. PAGE 14 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. PARCEL 2: THAT PORTION OF VINEYARD LOT G-5, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF VINEYARD LOT G-5, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGES 629 AND 630 OF DEEDS, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT G-59 205.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT G-51 212 FEET TO A POINT IN THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF TRACT NO. 3659 AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 16, PAGE 14, MISCELLANEOUS MAPS IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID NORTHWESTERLY LINE 205.5 FEET, TO A POINT IN THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT G-5 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. PARCEL 3: A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN ALLEY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ABANDONED PER RESOLUTION NO. 83R-440 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF VINEYARD LOT G-5 AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGES 629 AND 630 OF DEEDS, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF ORANGE COUNTY; THENCE 2 15° 28' 30" EAST 162.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 74°24' 45" EAST 119.36 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 150 28' 30" WEST 162.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 740 24'45" EAST 152.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 74° 24' 45" WEST, 20.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. PARCEL 4: LOT 1 IN BLOCK "D" OF TRACT NO. 3661, HESS SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 15m, PAGE 14 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. into the RS -3 (Residential, Single Family) Zone of the City of Anaheim. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the above- described properties shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3.
