A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.2001 R-5l WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS CONFIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
August 23, 2005, that Resolution No. 2001 R-57 be amended in the manner set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 2001 R-57 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2001 R-57,
which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Confidential.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2001 R-57 be amended to read as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2001 R-57 be amended to reflect new rates of compensation
for Confidential job classes as stated below:
"Section 1.
That, effective January 13, 2006 through January 11, 2007, the basic compensation plan
for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future
be employed in any of the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedules in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution
No. 2001 R-57 shall be the date of adoption by City Council.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
2001 R-57 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 23rd day of August , 2005, by the following role call vote:
