AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
64R-207 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THE NORTHERLY 114.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 285.00 FEET
OF THAT PORTION OF VINEYARD LOT G-6, ACCORDING TO THE
MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGES 629 AND 630 OF DEEDS,
RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF WEST
WATER STREET, AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DEED RECORDED
JANUARY 8, 1927 IN BOOK 10, PAGE 81 OF"OFFICIAL RECORDS
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, SAID POINT BEING 144.75
FEET WESTERLY MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES FROM THE
MONUMENTED CENTERLINE OF PALM STREET (NOW KNOWN AS
HARBOR BOULEVARD), AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 511
PAGES 47 AND 48 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF SAID
ORANGE COUNTY; THENCE NORTHERLY, PARALLEL WITH SAID
CENTERLINE OF PALM STREET 513.25 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY
LINE OF THE LAND CONVEYED TO JOSEPH WILLIAM HEINZ, AND
WIFE BY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 619, PAGE 4 OF DEEDS,
RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG
LAST SAID NORTHERLY LINE TO SAID CENTERLINE OF PALM
STREET; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID CENTERLINE OF PALM
STREET 513.25 FEET TO SAID NORTHERLY LINE OF WEST WATER
STREET; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG LAST SAID NORTHERLY LINE
144.75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,

into the "CO" COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a pa,'
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map,
as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of December,
1986.
