4815ORDINANCE NO. 4815 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution No. PC86-219 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 9 WEST IN THE RANCHO SAN JUAN CAJON DE SANTA ANA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY , CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE ANAHEIM -OLIVE ROAD WITH THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION SECTION, THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID WEST LINE 307.72 FEET; THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 7, 153.11 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH SAID WEST LINE OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 7, 261.29 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE SAID ANAHEIM -OLIVE ROAD; THENCE NORTH 730 7' 50" WEST ALONG SAID CENTER LINE OF ANAHEIM -OLIVE ROAD, 160 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE CENTERLINE OF THE ANAHEIM -OLIVE ROAD, SAID POINT BEING 595.68 FEET SOUTH 730 7' 50" EAST OF AN IRON BOLT MARKING THE ANGLE POINT AT ENGINEERS STATIONS 113+76.32 OF SAID ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 160 3' 30" WEST ALONG A LINE 100 FEET EAST AT RIGHT ANGLES FROM THE WEST LINE OF THE GARDEN GROVE STORM WATER DISTRICT, TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE -1- 86-87-03 SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 9 WEST; THENCE WEST ALONG SAID LINE TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 7; THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID WEST LINE TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE CENTER LINE OF THE ANAHEIM -OLIVE ROAD; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE ANAHEIM -OLIVE ROAD WITH THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 9 WEST; THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID WEST LINE 307.72 FEET; THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 7, 153.11 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH SAID WEST LINE OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 7, 261.29 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE CENTER LINE OF THE SAID ANAHEIM -OLIVE ROAD; THENCE NORTH 730 7' 50" WEST ALONG SAID CENTER LINE OF ANAHEIM -OLIVE ROAD, 160 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. EXCEPT THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN A DEED TO THE CITY OF PLACENTIA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, RECORDED NOVEMBER 6, 1943, IN BOOK 1218, PAGE 370 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS. ALSO EXCEPT THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN A DEED TO ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, A BODY CORPORATE AND POLITIC, RECORDED OCTOBER 18, 1965 IN BOOK 7706, PAGE 971 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following condition: That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Revision No. 1 of Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2, and Exhibit Nos. 3, 4 and S. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
