A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2000R -123 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MODIFYING THOSE CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 12, 2010, that the need exists to modify those classifications designated as
Administrative Management, effective January 22, 2010; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Section 1 of Resolution
No. 2000R -123 and amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such
classifications designated as Administrative Management is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -123 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Effective January 22, 2010, the classifications for all officers and employees of
the City of Anaheim designated as Administrative Management, who are now employed or will
in the future be employed by the City of Anaheim, and the salary range for each Administrative
Management classification shall be as follows:

SECTION 2
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R -123, as amended, shall
remain in full force and effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of January , 2010, by the following roll call vote:
