RES-2010-010RESOLUTION NO. 2010- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -126 FOR THE PURPOSE OF MODIFYING THOSE CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated January 12, 2010, that the need exists to modify those classifications designated as Supervisory Management, effective January 22, 2010; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -126 and amendments thereto; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that modifying such classifications designated as Supervisory Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
