REGULAR MEETING OF
JANUARY 26, 2010
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session in the Chambers of Anaheim
City Hall located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Lorri Galloway, Bob Hernandez, Lucille
Kring, and Harry Sidhu
Staff Present: City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary Linda
Andal
A copy of the agenda was posted on January 22, 2010 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
At 5:25 P.M., Chairman Pringle called the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council and the Anaheim
Housing Authority.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: An addendum to Item No's. 1 and 4
indicated additional requirements imposed to the terms of the Agency Loan required the full
amount of the loan ($613,000) be funded upfront.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during oral communications related to the
Redevelopment Agency agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: Agency Member Kring moved to approve the consent calendar as
presented, seconded by Agency Member Hernandez. Roll Call Vote: Ayes 5: Chairman
Pringle and Agency Members: Galloway, Hernandez, Kring and Sidhu. Noes 0. Motion
Carried.
1. Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute and administer an
4949.I Implementation Agreement, in substantial form, between the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Anaheim Housing Authority and Jamboree Greenleaf, L.P.
for the Greenleaf Affordable Housing project (Related to Authority Item No. 04).
2. Approve a Parking Management Agreement (Downtown CarParks) with Central
6156 Parking System, Inc., in the initial amount of $344,172, for parking management
services of the Agency's downtown parking structures (CarParks 2 6) for a three
year term with two one -year renewal options.
3. Approve minutes of Agency meeting held December 8, 2009.

With no other business to conduct, Chairman Pringle adjourned the meeting at 5:41 P.M.
