RESOLUTION NO. 86R-181
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION VARIANCE NO. 105 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NO. 1699 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of October, 1949, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim granted Variance No. 105 by
Resolution No. 1699 to permit construction of a ranch-type
structure for a shop to sell square dance supplies at what is now
1239 North Harbor Boulevard, more particularly described on
Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of September, 1985, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim approved, in part,
Conditional Use Permit No. 2719 by Resolution No. PC8S-208 for a
private pre-school and day care center for a maximum of S6
students on the same site; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 10 of Resolution No. PC8S-208
required the property owner to request a termination of, among
other things, Variance No. 105; and
WHEREAS, by letter dated March 6, 1986, the agent for the
owner of the property requested that Variance No. 105 be
terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Variance No. 105 granted pursuant to
Resolution No. 1699 be, and hereby is, cancelled and withdrawn
pursuant to the request of the owner of the property to which the
variance applied.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all rights granted pursuant
to said variance be, and hereby are, terminated pursuant to the
desires of the property owner.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of May, 1986.
