A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING AN
APPLICATION FEE FOR PARTICIPATION IN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM'S GRAFFITI REMOVAL
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, persons assigned to perform community service or remove graffiti as the
result of a conviction for a Graffiti related offense may be eligible to participate in the City of
Anaheim's Graffiti Removal Program; and
WHEREAS, eligible participants are required to pay an administrative fee at the time
of registration in an amount established by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish a fee to process the applications of
eligible participants who want to participate in the City of Anaheim's Graffiti Removal Program;
and
WHEREAS, the fee hereinafter established does not exceed the estimated reasonable
costs for processing such applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that an application fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) is hereby established for, and shall
accompany, any application submitted relating to the participation of any person in the City of
Anaheim's Graffiti Removal Program.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 13th day of April , 2010, by the following roll call vote:
