RESOLUTION NO. B6R-246
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A DEED TO RELINQUISH
CERTAIN RIGHTS OF ACCESS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore acquire
rights of access to property located at the northeast corner of
Pinney Drive and Santa Ana Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, the owners of subject property desire to develop
said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute a deed whereby the City of Anaheim does
relinquish a portion of the access rights to said property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of June, 1986.
