, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING GREEN FEES TO BE
CHARGED AT THE ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF COURSE,
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION No. 72R-513.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does find and determine that the schedule of rates for use of
the Anaheim Hills Golf Course should be changed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that
it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to rescind
Resolution No. 72R-513,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following charges shall be made
for use of the Anaheim Hills Golf Course on and after October
28, 1975:
GREEN FEES
9 -Hole After
9 Holes 18 Holes Replay 4:30 F . M.
Weekdays $ 2.50 $ 4.00 $ 2.00 $ 2.50
Weekday Special Rate
(2 Persons) 12.00 (Includes Golf Cart)
Saturdays, Sundays 1.
and Holidays 3.50 6.00 3.00 3.50
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that 9 -hole play will only be
permitted when such play will not interfere with 18 -hole play.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 72R-513 is
hereby rescinded as of the effective date of the provisions of
this Resolution and any other resolution in conflict herewith is
superseded by the provisions of this Resolution.
