RES-2010-080RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 080 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -125 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director recommended in a staff report dated June 22, 2010 that Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended in the manner set forth, effective June 22, 2010; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -125 and amendments thereto, which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Professional Management. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended as follows: 1. That Section 1 of the Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended by changing the salary of the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as shown: Classification 2010. From To Salary Range Salary Range Energy Risk Wholesale Settlements & Regulatory Affairs Manager XCR19 XCR21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment be June 22, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R -125 shall remain in full force and effect.
