RES-2010-085RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 085 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -109 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION AND PAY POLICIES FOR UNREPRESENTED PART -TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 22, 2010 that Resolution No. 2005 -109 be amended in the manner set forth, effective June 22, 2010; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2005 -109 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented Part- Time. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AS FOLLOWS: That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2005 -109 is hereby amended by adding the following job classification effective June 22, 2010. Classification Salary Grade Step Security Systems Technician A1900 4-9 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2005 -109 shall remain in full force and effect. 2010.
