The applicant also requests approval of a minor conditional use permit to modify existing electronic readerboard signs. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether to find the project Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities). Recommended City Council approval of the amendments and adjustments including the errata for Sections 12, 14, 31, and 72 of the Draft Ordinance. On March 28, 2023 the Code Streamlining and Improvement Program will be presented to City Council along with the General Plan Progress Report and Housing Element annual update. Sean Nicholas, Principal Planner, for the Planning Information Team was introduced to the Commission.
