RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 316
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHIIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF THAT PORTION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
DESCRIBID HEREIN.
WHEREAS the City CO\D1cil of the City of Anaheim did,
on the 24th day of June, 1975, declare by Resolution No.
75R-32l its intention to vacate and abandon an existing public
utility easement located north of Lanerose Drive, east of
Western Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, more fully hereinafter
described, and did set the 22nd day of July, 1975 at 2:30 P.M.
for a public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, on said 22nd day of July, 1975 at 2:30 P.M.
in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim,
said public hearing was held; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds from the evidence
submitted at said public hearing that that portion of the real
property described herein and in said Resolution of Intention
is unnecessary for present or prospective public utility pur-
poses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim:
1.
That it finds that said public hearing was properly
held and that all notices were given and publica-
tions made as required by law.
That that portion of the real property toward
which a request for vacation and abandonment was
directed is not necessary for present or prospec-
tive public utility purposes and does hereby order
that said portion, as herein set forth, be and " .
it is hereby vacated, abandoned and closed to pub-
lic use.
That said portion of real property herein ordered
vacated, abandoned and closed to public use is
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and is more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to wit:
That certain public utility easement located in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described in the deed to the Southern Cali-
fornia Edison Company, a corporation. recorded in
Book 2872, page 99, Official Records of said Orange
County, to be abandoned, described as follows:
An easement within ODe foot of the following described
line: -
A line parallel with and 110 feet southerly measured
at rig~t angles fr~m.t~e nor~h ~ine of. the west 82l

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certi-
fied copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by her under
the seal of the City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
