A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOY-
MENT OF JOHN SAivYER, AN INDIVIDUAL.
WHEREAS, the Parks, Recreation and the Arts Depart-
ment of the City of Anaheim is in need of the services of a
Community Orchestra Director; and
WHEREAS, John Sawyer, an individual, is qualified
to perform the services of Community Orchestra Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and thej are hereby, authorized and directed'. to execute the
agreement for the temporary employment of John Sawyer as
Community Orchestra Director in accordance with the terms and
conditions oc that certain agreement submitted herewith.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2200 day of July ._' 1975.
