AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADDING NEW
SECTION 11.04.075 TO CHAPTER 11.04 OF TITLE 11 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE PROHIBITING CERTAIN
VEHICLES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
That Section 11.04 075 be, and the same is hereby, added to Chapter 11.04 of Title 11
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to read as follows:
11.04.075 VEHICLES PROHIBITED IN PARKING LOTS AND PARKING STRUCTURES OF
ANAHEIM STADIUM, ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER AND ANAHEIM
ARENA
.010 Except as otherwise provided herein, the following vehicles shall be prohibited on all
parking lots and parking structures of the Anaheim Stadium, Anaheim Convention
Center and Anaheim Arena:
.0101 Any "All -terrain vehicle" as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 111.
.0102 Any "Golf cart" as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 345.
.0103 Any "Low -speed vehicle" as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 385.5.
.0104 Any "Motor -driven cycle" as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 405.
.0105 Any "Motorized bicycle" or "moped" as defined in California Vehicle Code
Section 406.
.0106 Any "Motorized quadricycle" as defined in California Vehicle Code Section
407.
.0107 Any "Motorized tricycle" as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 407.
.0108 Any "Motorized scooter" as defined in California Vehicle Code Section 407.5.
.0109 Any other vehicle not otherwise included in this Section .010, whether powered
by gas or electricity, not registered for use on the highways of the State of
California.

.020 This section shall not apply to any duly authorized employee, agent, officer, lessee,
tenant or contractor of the City of Anaheim acting in the course of duty, nor shall it
apply to anyone who has been granted written permission to operate any of the vehicles
described in subsection .010 in the parking lots or parking structures of the Anaheim
Convention Center, Anaheim Stadium or Anaheim Arena property from the general
manager of the facility or such other person duly authorized by the owner or lessee of
the facility to give such permission.
.030 Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of an
infraction."
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares that should any section,
paragraph, sentence or word of this ordinance of the Code, hereby adopted, be declared for any
reason to be invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have passed all other portions of this
ordinance independent of the elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
SECTION 4. SAVINGS CLAUSE
Neither the adoption of this ordinance nor the repeal of any other ordinance of this
City shall in any manner affect the prosecution for violations of ordinances, which violations were
committed prior to the effective date hereof, nor be construed as a waiver of any license or penalty
or the penal provisions applicable to any violation thereof. The provisions of this ordinance, insofar
as they are substantially the same as ordinance provisions previously adopted by the City relating to
the same subject matter, shall be construed as restatements and continuations, and not as new
enactments.

Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 6 day of December, 2005, and thereafter passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 20 day of December
2005, by the following roll call vote:
