RESOLUTION NO. 75R- 360
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR
HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation
Act of 1971 in connection with a request for vacation and aban-
donment of a portion of an existing dedicated public alley,
located between Santa Ana and Water Streets, west of Harbor
Boulevard, in the City of Anaheim, and more fully hereinafter
described, subject to the reservation of an easement unto the
Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, to read as follows:
An easement to construct, place, operate, inspect, main-
tain, repair, replace and remove such aerial and under-
ground telephone, telegraph and communication structures
as the Company may from time-to-time require, consisting
of poles, markers and necessary fixtures and appurten-
ances.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City ol Anaheim t~t it hereby declares its intention
to vacate, abandon and close to public use that certain portion
of an existing dedicated public alley, located between
Santa Ana and Water Streets, west of Harbor Boulevard, in the
City of Anaheim, as it may relate to the following described
property:
That portion of dedicated public alley located in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be abandoned, d~scribed as follows:
Parcel One: The easterly five feet of that certain
easement for alley purposes described in deed recorded
November 19, 1974 in Book 11290, page 446, Official
Records.
Parcel Two: The westerly five feet of that certain
easement for alley purposes described in deed recorded
June 9, 1966 in Book 7955, page 966, Official Records.
Parcel Three: The westerly five feet of that certain
easement for alley purposes described as Parcel Two in
the deed recorded June 3, 1964 in Book 7073, pages 126
and 127, Official Records.
Parcel Four: The westerly five feet of that certain
easement for alley purposes described in deed recorded
December 15, 1965 in Book 7775, page 74, Official
Records.
and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1971, subject to the reservation hereinabove
set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and pl~ce for
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the
Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
