RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 43
A RESOLUT,ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN lMEVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION FROM JOSEPH D. HUARTE AND DO~OTRY
C. HUARTE. (west side of Park Vista Street)
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 2o.th day of October, 19.70,
Joseph D. Ruarte and Dorothy C. Huarte, husband and wife, did
make an irrevocable offer to dedicate to the City of Anahe~ an
easement for road and public utility purposes over tne property
hereinafter described; and
WHERE~S, one of the conditions of said Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication was the payment of $14,307.00 by the owners
of land oontiquous to the west of said Park Vist~ Street; and
WHEREAS, said condition has been fulfilled by Tanco
Development Corporation, receipt of said amount having been
acknowledged by said Joseph D. Huarte and Dorothy C. Huarte as
well as by Reichert & Son, developers of the Huarte Property
contiguous to Park Vista Street to the e~st.
NOW;. THEREFORE, BE I'~ RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept;
that certain Irrevocable Offer of Dedication recorded in Book
9740, page 303, Official Records of Orange County, California,
being Document No. 26093 recorded July 29, 1971, covering a
one-foot strip of land being an easement for road and public
utility purposes over and ~cross the following described property.
That real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
A one-foot strip of land being a portion of the Northwest
quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, ~ange 9 West, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California, described as 'follows:
Commencing at a point distant S 00 09' 20n W, 7.59 feet.
from the northwest corner of sald Section 7, sa.id point
being for the purpose of thi.s description the centerline
intersection of Rio Vista Street and Frontera Street,
the centerline intersection of said Frontera Street be.ing
a point in a curve concave southerly and having a radius
of 750 feet, a radial line bearing N 00 45' 141: E pass.as
through said point of i.ntersection; thence Southeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 190 21' 28"

341.13 feet to the beginning of a curve concave north-
easterly and having a radius of 4,917 feet, a radial line
