A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEXM GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 1277.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive an application for a conditional use pe~it
from HENRY and LOUISE BOISSERANC, owners: JAMES E. RODGERS, Agent,
to pe~it ~ establishment of a l79-unit planned residential
development on the following described property, to wit:
That portion of the West half of the Northeast quarter
of Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes as shown on a map recorded in Book
51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northeast
quarter, said Southwest corner lies in the centerline
of Dale Street; thence North 8g.0 28' 52H East, 20.00
feet; along the South line of said Northeast quarter
to the true ~oint of beginninq; thence continuing
North 890 28 52 II East along said South line, 1306.35
feet, to the Southeast corner of said West half of said

the East line of said West half, 589.15 feet to a point

line being a curve concave Southwesterly, having a
radius of 50.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said
curve: through a central angle of 1020 06' 0311, an arc
length of 89.18 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve
concave Easterly, havin~ a radius of 50.00 feeti thence
Southerly along said curve and the Easterly line of
said Parcel 2, through a cen-tral angle of 280 21' 33"

Al~D W.dERE"A,S, the Ci"ty Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the Citv of Anaheim upon
said application on December 13, 1971, notices of which said
public hearing were duly given as required by law and the pro-
visions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code; and ".
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due insoection, investi-
gation and studies made by itself and in its behaif and after due
consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said he~ring
did adopt its Resolution No. PC 71-236 granting Conditional Use
Permit No. 1277, in part: and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty-two (22) days from
the date of the adoption of said resolution, the City. Council did
elect, upon its own'. motion, to review the action of the City
Planning Commission in granting said conditional use permit, in
part, and did thereupon fix the 11th day of January, 1972, as ~""e
time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of
Anaheim as the place for a ~ublic hearing upon said conditional
use permit; and notices of such public hearing were duly given as
required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code 1 and
~mEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to
be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after careful consider-
ation of the reconwendations of the City Planning Commission and
all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, that:
1. The proposed use is properly one for which a condi-
tional use permit is authorized by the Anaheim
l~unicipal Code.
2. The proposed use will not adversely affect the
adjoining land uses and the growth and development
of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. The size and shape of the site proposed for the use
is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the
particular area nor to the peace, health, safety
and general welfare.
4. The traffic generated by the proposed use will not
impose an undue burden upon the streets and high-
ways designed and improved to oarry thG traffic in
the area.
5. The granting of the conditional use pe~it under
the conditions Lmposed will not be detrimental to
the peace, health, safety and general welfare of
the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

That said conditional use permit be granted subject to the
following conditions:

1. That this Conditional Us~ Permit is granted subject
to the completion of Reclassification No. 71-72-20, now
pending.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim marked Exh~bits Nos. 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, and 7. '
The City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke
such Conditional Use Pe~it for good cause or failure of said
owners, their heirs, successors or assigns 'to comply with the
Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations and the conditions herein.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of January, 1972.
