OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road andpublic utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
HARTMAN CORPORATION
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lots N and 0, Boege's Addition
to Anaheim, as per Map recorded in Book 3, pages 2 and 3 of
Miscellaneous Records, Los Angeles County, lying Northeasterly
of a line parallel with and distant Southwesterly 45 feet
as measured at right angles and radially from the centerline
of Manchester Avenue, as contained in a deed from James M.
Smith et ux to the State of California, recorded July 5, 1935
in Book 764, page 152 of Offical Records, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of the
Northerly 50 feet of said Lot 0 with the Easterly line of
Adams Street, 60 feet wide, said Easterly line being parallel
with and distant Easterly 5 feet from the Westerly line of
said Lot 0; thence along said Easterly line of Adams Street,
North 15° 34' 36" West, a distance of 178.79 feet to the South-
westerly line of the 80 foot State Highway locally known as
Manchester Avenue, the centerline of which is described in
deed from James M. Smith et ux to the State of California
recorded in Book 764, page 152 of Official Records; thence along
said Southwesterly line, South 47° 39' 06" East a distance
of 187.28 feet; thence continuing along said Southwesterly
line, Southeasterly along a curve tangent to last described
course, concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 7960
feet, through an angle of 0 10' 14 an arc distance of 23.70
feet, to said Southerly line of the Northerly 50 feet of Lot
0; thence along said Southerly line South 74° 25' 24" West,
a distance of 112.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The Southwesterly line of the above mentioned 45 feet is parallel
with the centerline of said Manchester Avenue.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
