69R-213WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on March 4, 1969, adopt Resolution No. 69R -110 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 68- 69 -63, finding and determining
that the property and area therein described should be changed
from R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE upon certain conditions set forth in said resolution;
and
as follows:
"3.
RESOLUTION NO. 69R -213
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
69R -110 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 68- 69 -63.
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 of said resolution reads
3
That the owner of subject property shall acquire
access to a standard alley along the south and west
property lines."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condi-
tion No. 3 should be amended to read:
That the owner of subject property shall acquire
access to a standard alley along the west property
line prior to final building inspection."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council does further find
that an additional condition should be added to said Resolution
No. 69R -110, to be numbered Condition No. 4 -1/2, reading as
follows:
"4 1/2. That the owner of subject property shall deed
to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 10
feet in width along the southerly property
line of subject property for alley purposes."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council does also find that,
in view of the above amendments Condition No. 5 of said resolu-
tion should be amended by deleting therefrom Condition No.
3 and by adding thereto Condition No. 4 1/2; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of
zone and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 69R -110 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 68 -69 -63 be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
1. That Condition No. 3, be d the same is hereby
