A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 1605
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive a petition for Zoning variance from

o certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The North 211.41 feet of the East 271.2 feet,
measured from the center line of Palm Street,
of Lot 6 of Orchard Park Tract, in the City
of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 6, page 48, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
October 14 19 63 notice of which said public hearing was
duly given as required by law and the provisions 18,
Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and

WHEREAS, the City Council does find that:
1. There is no. substantial property right.,, possessed
by other property in the same vicinity and zone
and denied the subject property.
2. It appears that the subject property can be
adequately developed and used under the present
zone.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission
granting Variance No. 1605 be, and the same is hereby dis-
approved, and that the petition of Clifford J. LaBorde, Roy S.
Kitahata and Richard P. Kuehn for a variance permitting a
waiver of the one -story height limitation and the side yard set-
back requirement on the property hereinbefore described be, and
the same is hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
