Request: The applicant requests approval of a
conditional use permit to increase the number of beds in
a legal nonconforming community care facility from 36 to
49 beds. The applicant also requests approval of a
variance to permit fewer parking spaces than required by
Code.

Request: The applicant requests approval of a variance

setbacks from 20 feet to 4 feet and to reduce required
interior property line landscape setbacks from 5 feet to 4
feet to construct a proposed four-unit apartment building.

Principal Planner Koehm informed the commission that there are three items scheduled for
the next Planning Commission meeting scheduled for April 24, 2023. He stated Planning
and Building do not have items scheduled for City Council.
