Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether to find the project Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15303, Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures). The proposal also includes a request for a determination of public convenience or necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for off- premises consumption. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether to find the project Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), Common Sense Exemption.
