Request: The applicant requests approval of a variance
to reduce required interior property line structural

feet and a variance from the common open space area
requirement in conjunction with a proposed four-unit
apartment building.

necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for off-
premises consumption.

Principal Planner Koehm informed the commission that there are two items scheduled for
the next Planning Commission meeting scheduled for May 8, 2023. He stated Planning and
Building do not have items scheduled for City Council.
