RESOLUTION NO. 7lR- 453
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CORRECTING, NUNC PRO TUNC,
RESOLUTION NO. 71R-401 WH'ICH GRANTED
VARIANCE NO. 2285.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 71R-40l of the City Council of
the City of Anaheim granting Variance No. 2285 was passed and
adopted on the 7th day of September, 1971; and
WHEREAS, through inadvert.ence and clerical error the
waivers of sections of the Anaheim Municipal "Code .were improperly
stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council .of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 71R-40l be., and the same
is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by delet.ing the language
immediately following the findings of the City Council and sub-
stituting in lieu thereof the following:
"NOW, THEREF.ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t.he .City
Council of the City of Anaheim that a conditional
zoning. variance be, and t.he same is hereby granted
permitting the subdivision of the property herein-
before described with waivers of the following sections
of the Anaheim Municipal Code:
SECTION l8.24.030(4-a)
Mintmum lot width (70
feet required.; 5.0. to 62
feet propose'd)
(Applicable to Lot No 5 Only)
SECTION 18.24.030(l-a) Minimum front setback
(25 feet required; 20
feet proposed)
That said variance be granted subject to the following
conditions:
1. That this variance is granted subject. to. the .
completion of reclassification No. 7l-72~lO.
2. That subject property sh'all be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and speci~icationo
on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1.11
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th.at except for the foregoing
corrections, the rest of Resolution No. 71R-40l shall remain in
full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOL~ is approved and signed by me
