Subject:\[EXTERNAL\] Jessica Villa is posting falsified minutes of the O.C. Housing Commission
meetings.
Warning: This email originated from outside the City of Anaheim. Do not click links or open attachments unless you
recognize the sender and are expecting the message.
To whom it may Concern,
Jessica Villa, the OC Housing Commission clerk is falsifying minutes of the meetings.
In several cases, and as recent as the March minutes she says members of the public are 'giving personal opinions' about
members of the OC Housing Commission.
I spoke with someone who attended the meeting. Her initials are J.P.
This witness confirmed that a public speaker was actually distributing news articles showing that one of their
Commissioners, James Mai bragged about committing a hate crime by vandalizing a private business in a racist manner.
The purpose of this email is to make the public aware that Jessica Villa is making false statements. According to J.P., the
public speaker Jessica is referring to showed up with printouts of news articles about James Mai, which were then
distributed to the Commission members.
A news article by an independent journalist is not the "personal opinion" of a public speaker. This is so elementary, it
should not have to be explained.
This may also be a Brown Act violation, because it seems the intent of Commission Clerk, Jessica is to hide the fact that
public speakers are showing up with news articles that contain pictures showing James Mai committing racially
motivated hate crimes and property damage.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Chiara
