Dear Sir or Madam,
The Orange County Housing Authority violated the Brown Act several months in a row by posting on their website that
the meeting is canceled, then proceeding to hold the meeting anyway.
They are doing this because a sitting commissioner, James Mai admitted on social media that he committed a hate crime
and they were receiving substantial blowback over him, via emails and phone calls and in person public comments.
The primary interested party already asked them multiple times to rescind action taken, but they will not. Other
concerned citizens have also asked them.
It's been over a month with no response.
Can you help us please ?
