RESOLUTION NO. 71R-334
A RE.sOLUTION .OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.
OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2262..
WHEREAS, after a request for variance' by' Paul Ackerman,
owner; Wall'ace W. Warren, agent, was received, ~ .publ.ic hearing
before the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheu. was held
upon due and proper notice as a result of which. Var'iance No. 2262
was denied covering the following described property:
Lot 71 of Tract No_ 2402, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 79, pages 37, 38 and 39 of Mis~
cellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
WHE.REAS, thereafter, wi thin the time pres,cribed. by law
an interested party or the City Council on its own motion caused
the review of said Planning Commission action at 'a public hearing
noticed and held as prescribed by law and as a result thereof
the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. There is no substantial property right possessed
by other property in the same vicinity and zone
and denied the subject property.
2. It appears that the subject property can be
adequately developed and used under the present
zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Variance be and the 's~e is hereby
denied.
THE FOREGOING RE.SOLUTION is approved and siqned by me
this 27th day of July, 19-71.
