the City of Anaheim that the action of the City 'Planning Commission

denying Variance No. 1750 be, and the same is hereby sustained,
and that the petition for a zoning variance permitting waivers
of the minimum building setback requirement; minimum landscap-
ing area; maximum height of structures within 150 feet of~
Single-Family Residential Zone; minimum parking spaces require-
ment; and the 6-foot masonry wall behind the 'p1anting area
opposite a Single-Family Residential Zone requirement, on the
property hereinbefore described, be, and the same is hereby
denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of January, 1966.
