RESOLUTION NO. 66R-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RElATING TO ZONING SHOULD BE AMENDED
AND THAT THE BOUNDARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES
SHOULD BE CHANGED.
WHEREAS, tbe City Planning Commission of tbe City of
Anabeim bas beretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution
recODlDBnding denial of a cbange in tbe boundaries of the zone
or zones mentioned and described in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 65-66-59, after baving fixed a time and place for tbe
bolding of a public bearing tbereon in tbe manner and as pre-
scribed in Title 18 of tbe Anabeim MUnicipal Code, and after
baving duly beld and conducted sucb public bearing to consider
said proposed cbange of zone or zones, and after baving received
evidence and reports from persons interested tberein; and
WHEREAS, witbin a period of forty (40) days following
tbe bearing tbereon, tbe Planning Commission did duly announce
by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its
opinions and reasons for recommending denial of said proposed
cbange in tbe boundaries of the zone or zones mentioned and
described in said reclassification proceedings; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of tbe City
Planning Commission, tbe City Council did fix tbe 25tb day of
JanuarYl 1966, as tbe time and tbe City Council Cbambers in tbe
City Ha 1 of tbe City of Anabeim as tbe place for a public
bearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of tbe Anabeim
Municipal Code, and tbe exclusion of said property described in
said resolution and in said proposed reclassification proceed-
ings, from tbe zone or zones in wbicb it is now situated, and
tbe incorporation tbereof in tbe zone or zones set fortb in said
proposed-amendment; and did give notice thereof in tbe manner
and form as provided in said Title 18 of tbe Anabeim MUnicipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
bearing the City Council did bold and conduct such public bear-
ing} and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to De beard, and did receive evidence and reports, and did
tbereupon consider tbe summary of evidence presented at said
public bearing before tbe Planning Commission, its report of
findings, and recommendatioD; and
WHEREAS, tbe City Council does find and determine
tbat tbe amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
sbould be adopted and that the property bereinafter described,
being a portion of tbe property proposed to be reclassified,
should be excluded from the zone or zones in wbich it is now
situated and incorporated in the zone or zones as bereinafter
set fortb.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by tbe City Council
of the City o~ Anaheim that Title 18 of tbe Anabeim MUnicipal
Code be, and tbe same is hereby, amended and that the following
described property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:

The Easterly 173 feet of the Northerly 259.40 feet of Vine-
yard Lot G-6, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages
629 and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 10 feet and the Easterly
10 feet.
ALSO the Easterly 120 feet of the Southerly 535 feet of Vine-
yard Lot G-6, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages
629 and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, Califor-
nia.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 10 feet and the southerly
21.75 feet;

ing conditions:
1. That the owners of subject property shall deed to
the City of Anaheim a strip of land 45 feet in width,
from the center line of the street, along Harbor
Boulevard, for street widening purposes; and all
corner parcels shall include a l5-foot radius corner
at any corner.
2. That sidewalks shall be installed along Harbor
Boulevard and Santa Ana Street, as required by the
City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer.
3. That the sidewalks along Harbor Boulevard shall be
repaired as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office
of the Director of Public works and Superintendent
of Streets.
5. That all vehicular access rights to Harbor Boulevard,
except at street and/or alley openings, shall be
dedicated to the City of Anaheim.
6. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with Area Development Plan No. 23,
Exhibit "A," and Area Development Plan No. 24,
Exhibi-t "A," on file with the City of Anaheim.
7. That each parcel may be reclassified separately,
upon completion of the foregoing conditions.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and deter~
mined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
