AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FIXING THE
AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION
UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AS A REVENUE TO OPERATE THE VARIOUS CITY DEPART-
MENTS AND TO PAY THE CITY INDEBTEDNESS FOR THE
CURRENT FISCAL YEAR OF 1954 -- 55.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council does find and determine
that the amount of money hereinafter set forth is the amount of
money necessary to be raised by taxation upon the taxable
property in the City of Anaheim as revenue to operate the
various City Departments and to pay the city indebtedness for
the current fiscal year of 1954 — 55, and does hereby fix
the following amount as the amount of money necessary to be
raised by taxation upon the taxable property in said City
for said purposes:
General Fund $ 3199906.50
Library Fund 44,036.58
Bond Funds 72,837.50
$ 436�780.58
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published once within fifteen (15) days from the date of the
passage hereof, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation printed, published and circulated in the
City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall be in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE was approved and signed by me
